About Registration and Login

 

To use the Financial Data Submission and Reconciliation (FDSR) system:

 

Business Officers, Assistants and Network Administrators must register to use the system.

 

When you receive your FDSR User ID and password after registration, you can log in to the system

 

You may also change your password.

 

If you have forgotten your password, you must contact the Online Services Helpdesk (OLS-HD) to request a temporary password.

 

You can contact the OLS-HD at any time for help in using the FDSR system.

 

After registration and login, you can:

 

Prepare data files for uploading.

 

Upload and work with data files.

 

Work with published records.

 

Approve SoA records.

 

View, Print and Save SoA records.

 

 

Network Administrators can also:

 

Propose a new institution
