Remove approval from the SoA for your grant

If, after approving your SoA record, you are informed by the Business Officer that the record needs to be edited, you must remove approval from the record so the record can be edited.

 

  1. On the Form 300 Approval  page, find the record from which you want to remove the approval.

  2. Select the checkbox in the Approved  column to remove the checkmark.

  3. Select Save to confirm the removal of the approval.

 

After the record is corrected or edited, your Business Officer will inform you when you can approve the record again.
