From your computer’s Start menu, in the bottom left corner of your computer screen, select Programs -> FDSR-PRDF NCE Pilot -> PDF Printing Utility (NCE Pilot) to launch the utility.
Select the language you wish to work in, and login using your FDSR system User ID and Password.
Select Generate Forms.
Select a directory on your network in which the utility will place the PDF SoAs. The utility will generate the SoAs and place them in folders, organized by each granting agency and by date the records were uploaded.
When the utility has completed generating all the PDF SoAs, the folders containing the PDF SoAs will appear in the window on the utility screen. You may open a folder, select an SoA and then select Open Form to open the SoA.
Select X in the top right corner of the utility screen to close the utility.
