Remove approval from a record

If necessary, you may remove the approval on a record that you have approved on behalf of the researcher, or the approval on a record that both you and the researcher have approved.  

 

This is normally only necessary if the record must be edited or deleted. You may approve an edited record to re-submit it.

It is not possible to remove approval from all records at once. Approval can only be removed one record at a time. 

  1. On the Data Management page, find the record for which you want to remove the approval.

  2. Select the checkbox in the Ap.BO, Ap.BO/Res, or Ap. NA column to remove the checkmark.

  3. Select Save to confirm the removal of the approval.
