If you edit or delete approved records after the submission deadline

If you change or delete a record after the June 30 submission deadline, you must inform the relevant granting agency immediately.

 

Select Contact Us from the menu at the top of the screen, and then select Support Finance to find the contact information for the relevant granting agency.

 

This is necessary not only for business reasons but also to avoid errors when processing the grant’s SoA the following year.
