FDSR process for researchers


The Financial Data Submission and Reconciliation (FDSR) system is used by Business Officers to upload, manage and electronically transmit annual Statements of Account (SoA) to the three federal granting agencies (CIHR, NSERC and SSHRC).


Institutions that require researchers to approve their grant SoAs online rather than on paper, will ask them to do so in the FDSR system.


Researchers using the FDSR system can:


Register in the FDSR system to create an account.


Link an FDSR user id to a grant.


Approve the SoA for a grant.
