Approve all records displayed on the current page

If you have many records to approve, you can approve all the records displayed on a page at one time.  This action will only approve the records you have displayed on the current page. It does not approve all your institution's records.

 

Remember that you can’t un-approve multiple records at once, so if you use the Approve All function and approve records incorrectly, you will need to remove the approval for the records one at a time.

 

  1. On the Data Management page, check the filter criteria fields for active filters. Make sure that if the records are filtered, they are filtered according to your requirements for approval.

  2. Check the list of records on the page to be sure that you want to approve them all.

  3. When you are confident that you do want to approve all the records on the page, select Approve All.

  4. Select Save.  

  5. Select Yes when prompted to confirm the approval of all records. Select No if you decide not to approve all the records on the page.
